Dr Jeff Amos ignored my request to be referred for the expert help I needed to rectify my problem that arose from the shoddy workmanship completed by Angela Northfield of the Buckley Practice in Bromley.
I supplied Dr Jeff Amos with full details of my history, clinical notes, models and bite registrations but he chose instead to ignore my request in favour of reassuring me that I had no problem. He was told that I had previously requested a referral to Chichester Hospital by Ross Dryborough and that this referral was being undermined by the inadequacies in its preparation.
Dr Jeff Amos refused to man up to his responsibilities to me as a patient and said that he would not become involved but would only contact Ross Dryborough in an effort to encourage him to complete the task.
Dr Jeff Amos ignored my letters at that time and only answered later correspondence after I explained that I was going to make a complaint to the GDC about his actions. He was only willing to take notice of the recorded information in my notes that stated it was possible for me to undertake a medico-legal case against the original dentist. The fact that my problem originated from the shoddy workmanship of Angela Northfield can be the only reason for Dr Jeff Amos to refuse to help me in any way other than sending me back to practitioners who he knew had already failed to help.
Dr Jeff Amos actions exacerbated my problem by blocking my attempts to gain the remedial treatment I so obviously needed. He should not be allowed to practice as a dentist.
