Dental complaint involving Dr Jan Hendrick Overturf. Dental registration number 70835

Dr Jan Hendrik Overturf, dental practitioner number 70835

Below is a pdf of the facts in this case. From these facts, it can be seen how Dr Jan Overturf acted unprofessionally and had no concern to help solve my problem because he was either incapable as a dentist or only interested in protecting a fellow colleague.

Dr Jan Overturf knowingly made a false diagnosis in an effort to conceal the shoddy workmanship that I previously received from Angela Northfield at the Buckley Practice in Bromley Kent.

This article will outline the resistance and refusal to acknowledge the origins of my problem with specific attention to the treatment I received from Dr Jan Overturf.

Dr Jan Overturf knowingly made a false diagnosis of my problem and then denied this fact when a complaint was made against him. He purposely refused to acknowledge my dental history and derailed my attempts to gain remedial treatment.

It will show how he refused to acknowledge the request from Dr Almas Hussain to address the movement of my teeth that was a direct result of the shoddy treatment I had previously received.

Dr Jan Overturf made a false diagnosis and then sent me to have £2000 worth of unnecessary tests. He refused to consider my dental history that I supplied in the form of my clinical notes and refused to accept the evidence that I presented in the form of model castes, preferring to claim that the models were made incorrectly by the previous dentist.

Dr Jan Overturf then denied the advice he gave later in correspondence even though his advice was recorded in my clinical notes. Excuses could be made by saying he had forgotten but he explains in his letters that he has reviewed my case before he answered my inquiries. He has no excuse for this duplicity and it does not arise from being unfamiliar with my case details. It is inconceivable that a professional dentist can review his notes and not understand what they say.

Dr Jan Overturf suggests I am mistaken in the way I remember the details of his advice but not only was his advice witnessed by my wife but it was also recorded in my clinical notes. He is either constructing scenarios with the intention of undermining my efforts to gain a differential diagnosis or his memory is so bad that he should not be allowed to practice through fear of confusion resulting in mistakes in his practice.

He then refused to enter into any further correspondence because he could see how much his letters were exposing him as either suffering from a dramatic memory problem or acting unprofessionally.

The pdf below shows how Dr Jan Overturf colluded with Dr White because the letters I have from them both shows that one or both are mistaken or supplying a false narrative on purpose.
